In Short

• Amylyx is seeking a highly motivated professional with accounting experience.
• Responsible for managing critical accounting areas, reconciliations, and corporate accruals.
• Assist with the month-end close process to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and perform foreign currency translation.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting controls and maintain accuracy in reports.
• Serve as the NetSuite administrator and maintain financial reports.
• Act as the primary point of support for Tax and Treasury.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience required.
• Remote work opportunities available within the United States.
• Expected to travel to corporate location in Cambridge, MA several times a year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office products.
• CPA designation preferred or progress toward obtaining a CPA.
• Experience in a public company or with a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
