Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Law, or related field.
• 15 years of relevant AML/Sanctions experience in advisory roles.
• 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial crimes laws and regulations.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, marketing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
