• Support clinical Order to Cash (OTC) functionality.
• Document clinical customizations for S4 HANA readiness.
• Manage end-to-end process flow and audit readiness.
• Generate Business Requirements documents for enhancements.
• Act as primary tester for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot technical incidents and manage closure of incidents.
• Support training of clinical OTC processes.
• Collaborate with multiple organizations for system functionality.
• Utilize project management tools for effective communication.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree or relevant experience in SAP or IS systems.
• Experience with SAP Order to Cash functionality.
• Knowledge of clinical investigational products.
• Experience with data acquisition tools like Spotfire.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with quality systems and processes.
• Ability to interpret customer needs for improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and computerized system validation testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
