Senior Manager, Supply Chain - Master Data Management - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager of Master Data Management (MDM) for Material & Production will play a critical role in establishing and managing MDM activities in Amgen’s new Global MDM organization, ensuring accurate, high-quality master data across key operational functions including Manufacturing.

• Develop and implement MDM strategies for data governance and quality management.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6 years, or Bachelor’s with 8 years, or Associate’s with 10 years, or High school diploma with 12 years of experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems and data governance tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with regulatory requirements like FDA and GxP.
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Certification in data governance or data quality management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automation and digital transformation in data management.
