Overview

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the biotechnology sector, supporting initiatives aimed at improving company processes.

In Short

• Support project management activities related to the Empire Project.
• Manage Empire SharePoint and repository.
• Ensure proper versioning and archiving of materials.
• Develop onboarding materials for new users or departments.
• Support internal training initiatives related to process changes.
• Monitor KPIs related to the Empire Project.
• Perform basic analysis on project trends and bottlenecks.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide updates and support in building reports for leadership.
• Schedule and coordinate Empire-related meetings and workshops.

Requirements

• Master's degree in scientific subjects or related field.
• Knowledge of MS Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage stress.
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Motivated to learn quickly in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
