Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain and 2 years of experience, or Master’s with 4 years, or Bachelor's with 6 years, or Associates with 10 years, or High school diploma with 12 years of experience in demand forecasting and planning.
• Established expertise in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Supply Chain and GMP processes.
• Project management and/or change management certification preferred.
• Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with demand planning technology and analytics tools.
• Deep knowledge of S&OP, forecasting, and supply planning.
• Ability to lead transformation across global teams.
• Effective communicator capable of influencing within a matrix organization.
• Organized and achievement-oriented.
• Experience with RapidResponse and/or Anaplan forecasting.
