In Short

• Perform operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work a 12-hour shift from 7PM to 7AM on a rotating schedule.
• Participate in critical process monitoring and validation protocols.
• Draft and revise manufacturing procedures and technical reports.
• Engage in troubleshooting and documentation review.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams.
• Receive a 15% shift differential and premium pay for Sundays worked.
• Initial onboarding phase includes Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM schedule.
• Support patient care through innovative biotechnology solutions.

Requirements

• High school/GED + 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience OR Associate’s + 6 months of experience OR Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Experience with large-scale media/buffer preparations.
• Knowledge of biotechnology operations (purification, cell culture, etc.).
• Understanding of GMP and regulatory knowledge.
• Basic statistical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to interpret analytical methods.
• Demonstrated technical writing and presentation skills.
• Experience with Delta V and lab equipment/testing.
• Basic troubleshooting skills on production equipment.
