Requirements

• Prior Loan Officer experience preferred.
• College degree with 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow within the mortgage industry.
• Positive mindset and ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents.
• Basic math and financial literacy skills.
• Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation with a professional tone.
