• Drive experimentation, personalization, and conversion optimization across digital acquisition.
• Blend strategic insight with hands-on execution.
• Partner with channel owners, product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis.
• Build and maintain a prioritized experimentation roadmap.
• Design and execute landing page personalization strategies.
• Define A/B tests and multivariate tests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to move ideas from concept to launch.
• Monitor live tests and analyze results.
• Produce actionable insights from data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in growth, CRO, experimentation, or product-adjacent roles.
• Experience in high-consideration funnels, financial services, or performance marketing.
• Proficiency with Optimizely and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with heatmap and session-recording tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical and execution mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable owning work end-to-end.
