Customer Service Specialist (Temp to Hire) - Remote

Overview

We’re actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the Customer Service Team, providing critical support across all aspects of the American Marketing Association.

In Short

• This role is an hourly temp role for three months, at which point we intend to convert to full-time!
• The maximum number of hours per week worked is 30 hours until after the first 90 days, when that will increase to 37.5 hours per week.
• The hourly rate for this position is: $22.00 per hour.
• We are a fully remote organization with team members across the country.
• You MUST live in one of the specified states to be considered for this role.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 6-12 months of prior experience utilizing Salesforce CRM.
• 2-3 years’ experience interacting directly with customers.
• Comfortable learning new technology and platforms.
• An incredible “how can I help” mentality.
