Overview

As a Product Manager II at ALSAC, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering digital products that enhance personalized experiences across our web ecosystem, contributing to the mission of helping St. Jude cure childhood cancer.

• Manage product lifecycle activities including discovery, planning, development, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field with 4–6 years of product management experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree is acceptable.
• Experience in digital product management, especially within dynamic content ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and advanced modeling.
• Understanding of website management, digital marketing, ecommerce, and CRM technologies.
• Ability to facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with testing and user acceptance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web analytics tools, and collaboration platforms.
