Corebridge Financial is seeking a Vice President, Head of Practice Management to lead the development of a national practice management platform that enhances advisor capabilities and drives business growth.

• Lead practice management initiatives for nearly 400 Wealth Advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of executive leadership in financial services.
• Experience in practice management and advisor consulting.
• Strong understanding of retirement planning and wealth platforms.
• FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 preferred.
• Proven success in managing large-scale initiatives.
• High emotional intelligence and coaching skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in various formats.
• Expertise with CRM systems and performance dashboards.
