Overview

As a Team Leader in Operations Processing at Corebridge Financial, you will provide personalized service to participants of over 700 pension plans, ensuring quality and accuracy in financial transactions while supporting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

In Short

  • Lead quality reviews of transactions in the pensions service department.
  • Monitor processing volumes and workflows to meet quality standards.
  • Document procedures and train colleagues on operational processes.
  • Process complex requests including Power of Attorney and QDRO documents.
  • Perform financial reconciliations and manage transaction records.
  • Support internal and external audits with data collection and analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflows and procedures.
  • Provide project support as needed.
  • Work in a remote setting with a focus on collaboration and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in insurance or financial customer service.
  • 2-3 years of experience in training or coaching.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong customer and team orientation.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Good sense of judgment.
