Overview

This internship position with American Bird Conservancy focuses on analyzing the Untreated Seed Pilot Program to understand seed supply chains and promote conservation efforts.

In Short

Part-time internship, approx. 20 hours/week.
Remote work opportunity.
Salary of $1,400 per month.
Term of employment from August 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025.
Analyze documents related to crop seeds without neonicotinoid coatings.
Conduct outreach to program enrollees and partners.
Prepare educational materials and fact sheets.
Work collaboratively with the Director of Government Relations.
Strong interest in wildlife conservation is preferred.
Background screening required.

Requirements

Strong interest in wildlife conservation and/or environmental toxicity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.
Self-motivated and organized.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to analyze technical documents.
Graphic design/layout skills preferred but not required.
Authorized to work in the US.
