Overview

This is a full-time position with American Bird Conservancy (ABC) for a Writer/Editor who will create and refine engaging content about wild birds and conservation efforts.

Requirements

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• BA/BS or MA/MS in Journalism or related field.
• 1-2 years of content development experience.
• Knowledge of birds and conservation practices.
• Familiarity with AP style and digital tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with project management systems is a plus.
• Must have stable internet for remote work.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Background screening required.
