Overview

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the assigned territory, focusing on customer relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout the construction process.

In Short

Drive positive sales growth in assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Manage customer relationships effectively.
Prepare building proposals and contracts.
Review project drawings and materials for accuracy.
Assist customers with permit processes.
Schedule final walk-throughs post-construction.
Ensure robust sales funnel and exceed expectations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work remotely while ideally located in Manhattan, KS.

Requirements

2+ years of outside sales or construction management experience.
Prior construction sales experience is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
