As Medical Monitor, you will be the clinical steward for our trials: protecting participant safety, safeguarding data integrity, and translating clinical insight into development strategy.

In Short

• Serve as the primary medical contact for assigned trials.
• Conduct ongoing medical review of safety data and propose safety actions.
• Develop and maintain clinical documents.
• Represent DiaMedica in safety-focused meetings.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and other teams.
• Provide clinical input to endpoint definitions and clinical strategy.
• Mentor and support investigators.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD/DO or equivalent) with active license.
• Minimum 2–4 years of clinical trial experience.
• Safety oversight track record.
• Prior exposure to stroke or critical care settings preferred.
• Quick, evidence-based decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with EDC systems and data analysis.
