Medical Editor - Remote

Overview

BioPharm is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Medical Editor. The position will be a hybrid role with a requirement to work from our New Hope office Tuesday-Thursday, with Monday and Friday being remote days.

In Short

• Responsible for ensuring high-quality content for pharmaceutical brand and marketing campaigns.
• Copyedit and fact-check materials for consistency and adherence to style guidelines.
• Proofread layout materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Edit various types of materials including newsletters, emails, and websites.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain content quality.
• Attend client status and regulatory review meetings.
• Create and maintain brand style guides.
• 2+ years of editorial experience required.
• Hybrid work model with remote days.
• Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or relevant field.
• 2+ years professional editorial experience.
• Knowledge of AMA Manual of Style preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Curiosity and interest in medical topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
