Overview

We are looking for an experienced Leadership Trainer to design and deliver a leadership development program for the Digital Ambassador Program in Togo, equipping Ambassadors with the ability to lead digital transformation efforts in government ministries.

In Short

  • Design a leadership training curriculum tailored for government digital transformation.
  • Focus on influencing without authority and stakeholder management.
  • Develop interactive learning experiences, including role-playing and case studies.
  • Lead monthly virtual leadership training sessions from June to December 2025.
  • Facilitate two full-day in-person workshops on stakeholder engagement.
  • Equip Ambassadors with practical strategies to navigate bureaucracy.
  • Collaborate with Product Management Faculty to align leadership development.
  • Support Project Management Faculty in integrating leadership skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development or public sector transformation.
  • Fluency in English (French proficiency is a plus).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or public sector transformation.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership training programs.
  • Strong understanding of change management and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training.
  • Fluency in English (French proficiency is a plus).
