Coordinator, Eviction and Redemption - Remote

Overview

This position requires you to efficiently coordinate with Eviction/Foreclosure Attorneys, Preservation vendors, and stakeholders on REO Eviction and Redemption files to liquidate the files within the approved timelines.

In Short

• Coordinate with attorneys and vendors on eviction files.
• Review and research REO property files.
• Facilitate closure of eviction actions.
• Update the system of record daily.
• Act as a liaison with different departments.
• Provide updates to clients as required.
• Review eviction invoices from attorneys.
• Discern matters requiring supervisor’s attention.
• Maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Work collaboratively as a team player.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of International BPO experience.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.
