CRM Intern - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a CRM Intern to join our CRM team based in headquarters, Milan. In this role, you will have a chance to work collaboratively with different stakeholders within the sales and marketing team with an international view and you will take part of strategic digital projects that will enhance our customer experience.

In Short

• Support the CRM team on a first-level verification of issues reported by end users related to bugs and/or procedural errors.
• Support the end users on the platform's adoption.
• Cooperate with the CRM team on the verification and management of attribution flows to various departments.
• Collaborate with the sales team in the correct tracking of events on Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager in collecting new requirements aimed at scouting new technologies.
• Support the team in the communication with external suppliers for the resolution of technical issues.
• Work closely with the team on various high-impact CRM projects.
• Learn the logics that constitute a CRM system.
• Understand the customer journey and the activities connected to it.
• Gain basic knowledge of the CRM system for reporting and data extraction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or graduate student in any major (Economic Management is preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise under deadlines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce (sales and service cloud) is a plus.
• Familiar with Google products.
• Ability to work with a team and an analytical approach.
