In Short

• Provide continual technical guidance and support to the client on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams for successful implementation and integration.
• Design solutions that align with Hosting best practices and business priorities.
• Develop and document overall technical architecture for the client.
• Create architectural diagrams and documentation for effective communication.
• Identify potential technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a high level of quality and client satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with PMO for resource allocation of technical tasks.
• Oversee architecture and technical delivery for improved hosting experience.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5-7 years of expert-level experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with healthcare products in a support, development, or consultancy environment.
