We are looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our in-house team with strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of legal matters, work closely with the business, and play a hands-on role in shaping how legal supports a growing international company.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Act as a key legal contact for business stakeholders.
• Take ownership of legal support for designated business areas.
• Identify and implement improvements to legal processes.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and internal guidance.
• Collaborate with a multi-jurisdictional legal team.
• Manage external counsel and support disputes.
• Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.
• Support strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-6 years PQE as a solicitor or equivalent.
• Strong grounding in commercial and contract law.
• Experience in the gaming/software development industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience improving legal processes is desirable.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to provide practical, business-focused advice.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
