Validation Pilot - Remote

Overview

As a validation pilot, you will be responsible for managing the validation processes within engineering teams, ensuring effective communication and project management.

In Short

• Initialize directories and requirements collection files.
• Send census emails to engineering teams for validation means collection.
• Set up project management meetings and committees.
• Prepare and share meeting agendas.
• Lead project meetings and detail validation needs.
• Request means creation in PPS/eCOP for parts supplies.
• Plan validation means according to customer dates using GANTT charts.
• Create validation means in PLM.
• Manage budgets and follow up on allocated finances.
• Lead change management meetings and manage production flow.

Requirements

• Bac+2/3 in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a similar position (including internships).
• Good communication skills in English and French.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
