Overview

Join the Software Delivery Center (SDC) ALTEN in Lille as a Scrum Master, where you will play a key role in guiding a multidisciplinary team in mastering software development methodologies.

In Short

• Act as the first Scrum Master for the software expertise center.
• Guide an 8-person team in mastering software development methods and tools.
• Ensure adherence to defined architectural models and quality of deliverables.
• Oversee the accuracy of software components (ergonomics, performance, business process coherence).
• Contribute to improving production processes and work organization.
• Facilitate communication between the Product Owner and the team.
• Interface with clients regarding technical progress.
• Report technical progress to the project manager using management tools.
• Encourage team responsibility and collective support.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or technical university.
• Proficiency in project management techniques, especially Agile and Scrum.
• Technical knowledge in software design and development is preferred.
• Good level of English is a plus.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with a managerial coaching orientation.
• Rigorous, autonomous, and a team player.
• Experience in high-commitment environments (fixed-price, tight schedules) is a bonus.
• Familiarity with SAFe or large-scale agility is a plus.
