Electrical/Electronic Engineer Specialist in Automotive Sector - Remote

Overview

As an Electrical Engineer Specialist in the Automotive Sector, you will actively contribute to the consolidation of ALTEN's expertise in the Grand-Est region.

In Short

• Act as a Technical Leader in the development of new mechatronic parts.
• Manage a team of 5 to 10 collaborators (NearShore and/or Offshore).
• Ensure the follow-up of the project and/or product roadmap.
• Guarantee continuous improvement of the service.
• Oversee the technical skills of your teams.
• Follow up with suppliers.
• Train ALTEN Group employees.
• Facilitate technical workshops.
• Evaluate technical candidates during recruitment processes.
• Prepare technical summaries and documentation for internal use.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience since graduation.
• At least 3 years in a similar position in the automotive sector.
• Minimum C1 level in English for daily written and oral communication with international teams and suppliers.
