Requirements
Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project management.
Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and their application.
Knowledge of SAFe and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in organizing and leading teams.
Proficient in backlog management and sprint organization.
Strong leadership, curiosity, and effective communication skills.
Experience in technical training and coaching is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
