Overview

The Agile Specialist (Scrum) role at ALTEN involves providing high-level expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to support various client projects and internal needs.

• Act as an Agile (Scrum) specialist on diverse client projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile project management.
• Deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and their application.
• Knowledge of SAFe and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in organizing and leading teams.
• Proficient in backlog management and sprint organization.
• Strong leadership, curiosity, and effective communication skills.
• Experience in technical training and coaching is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
