• Lead integration projects from conceptualization through deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and data mapping guides.
• Ensure compliance with public health reporting standards and HIPAA.
• Monitor performance and integrity of integration solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Health Informatics.
• 7+ years of experience in health IT integration.
• Hands-on experience with Rhapsody and/or Mirth Connect.
• Understanding of HL7 v2.x, C-CDA, and FHIR messaging standards.
• Familiarity with health data exchange protocols like CCD/CDA and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple integration projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
