Customer Consultant (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

This position offers the opportunity to work as a Customer Consultant at Alpha Technologie Marketing GmbH, where you will collaborate directly with clients to develop innovative solutions that exceed their expectations. After two months, remote work is possible for three days in the Berlin office and two days from home.

In Short

• Telephone consultation and support for existing and new customers
• Presentation and sales of our financial products
• Needs analysis and development of individual solutions for customers
• Maintenance and documentation of customer data

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Motivation, ambition, and a service-oriented mindset
• First experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not a must
• Proficient use of PC and common office applications
