Prompt Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer with strong content, language, and localization skills to help us scale high-quality CRM and marketing content across global markets. You will design intelligent prompts, refine LLM outputs, and build the workflows that ensure our messaging is consistent, localized, and brand-aligned. This role is ideal for candidates coming from content, CRM, localization, linguistics, digital marketing, or copywriting, who also have hands-on experience working with AI models.

In Short

• Content Generation & Prompt Design
• Develop, refine, and test prompts to produce high-quality CRM and marketing content (emails, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, product copy).
• Create reusable prompt templates and libraries for scalable content automation.
• Adapt tone, style, and structure to different customer segments, markets, and brand guidelines.
• Localization & Cultural Accuracy
• Build prompt systems that support automated content localization.
• Ensure AI-generated content is culturally relevant, accurate, and contextually adapted across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with localization specialists to fine-tune LLM behavior for specific languages.
• Content Automation & Workflow Optimization
• Partner with the Content Automation Lead to design prompt chains, contextual inputs, and automated content pipelines.
• Improve LLM output quality through structured testing, evaluation, and feedback cycles.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing to optimize tone, clarity, and performance.
• Quality Control & Documentation
• Define evaluation criteria for AI-generated content.
• Review and rate LLM outputs for language accuracy, tone consistency, and brand alignment.
• Document best practices, guidelines, and frameworks for internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with LLMs for content creation, CRM communication, localization, or content automation.
• Strong background in content writing, linguistics, localization, CRM, marketing, or language-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Excellent English; additional languages (especially EU markets) are a big advantage.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to tone, clarity, and content quality.
• Understanding of how LLMs work, their strengths, and their limitations (no coding required).
• Experience in global content strategy or translation workflows.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and content quality evaluation
