Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

The Tax Manager will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in managing the company’s global tax function, overseeing compliance with federal, state, and international tax laws, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure tax is integrated into broader business decisions.

• Manage and coordinate global tax compliance, including U.S. federal, state, and foreign income tax filings.
• Support tax planning initiatives and entity structuring.
• Oversee and maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Assist with annual tax provision calculations under U.S. GAAP.
• Liaise with external advisors and auditors on tax matters.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments.
• Support M&A due diligence from a tax perspective.
• Partner with finance, legal, and business operations teams for tax guidance.
• Advanced project management abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master’s in Tax preferred.
• 5-7+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax law and international tax issues.
• Working knowledge of ASC 740 and tax provision processes.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a high-growth or multinational company is a plus.
