Overview

Alpaca is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to shape the future of our trading products and developer experiences.

Lead the end-to-end design for complex web and mobile applications.
Understand and advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
Create and maintain a cohesive design system across platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers.
Balance multiple projects while raising the bar for design excellence.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in product design.
Passionate about user-centric design.
Excellent communication skills in a remote environment.
Comfortable with B2C, B2B, and developer experiences.
Solid understanding of design implementation and tools.
