Overview

The Scrum Master Consultancy role involves organizing and facilitating agile activities for teams, ensuring productive meetings, and coaching team members on agile practices.

In Short

• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the product owner to manage the backlog.
• Coach teams on agile methodologies and practices.
• Track flow metrics and guide teams in improvement.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
• Promote self-organizing teams and collaborative decision-making.
• Support teams in using agile planning tools.
• Participate in learning opportunities to enhance skills.
• Contribute to agile practice improvements in the organization.
• Must have Scrum Master certifications (PSM II or higher, SAFe 5/6 Agilist).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Led at least 2 production teams through full sprint cycles.
• Experience with data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinated cross-team work via Scrum-of-Scrums.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS).
• Experience in Agile transformations within large organizations.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Good knowledge of facilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Good knowledge of team motivation and stakeholder engagement.
