Requirements

• 6-8 years of paid media experience.
• 2-4 years of people management experience.
• Experience with paid search and video campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Experience with server-side tracking and budget management.
• Ability to oscillate between strategy and tactical optimizations.
• Proactive and results-driven work style.
• Strong decision-making through data analysis.
• Agile problem-solving skills.
