SailPoint IAM Engineer (Multiple Levels - Remote)

Overview

The SailPoint Security Engineer-IAM-Remote role requires experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, specifically SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), for development, integration, and optimization of enterprise identity solutions.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, rules, and APIs in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Integrate SailPoint IIQ with LDAP-based directories, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms.
• Configure modules including Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager.
• Diagnose and resolve integration and configuration issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for deployments using GitHub and Jenkins.
• Adapt to dynamic work demands.
• Lead key development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Work collaboratively in an agile development environment.
• Consider candidates at multiple levels from Consultant II to Expert levels.
• Support automated provisioning and de-provisioning.

Requirements

• 2–10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
• 2-4+ years of proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of operating systems and relational databases.
• Knowledge of IAM principles such as RBAC and access reviews.
• Experience with IAM tools like IdentityNow or Saviynt is desirable.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer are a plus.
• Experience integrating with directories and identity providers.
