The Software Engineer Associate Manager at Allstate is responsible for architecting and designing digital products, managing application performance, and leading teams to meet key performance indicators.

Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
