Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing sales experience.
  • State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
  • Experience as a Financial Advisor or Planner preferred.
  • Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build customer relationships.
  • Digital literacy and learning agility.
