Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in financial services.
  • State Life/Health Insurance Licenses required.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
  • Experience as a Financial Advisor or Planner is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on business is preferred.
  • Strong track record of success in sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a business.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with an agency's sales team.
  • Understanding of financial products and services.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
