Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in financial services.
  • State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
  • Experience as a Financial Advisor or Planner preferred.
  • Professional designations such as CFP, CLU, or ChFC preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital literacy and financial technologies.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
