Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
  • Active Life & Health license (or active Life license where applicable).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for relationship-building and community engagement.
  • A reliable internet connection and transportation for local travel.
  • Availability to train full-time for the first 3 weeks.
