Overview

We are seeking a skilled Represented/Litigation Adjuster to manage claims involving property damage or injuries where litigation is present, playing a key role in resolving complex claims while supporting customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Investigate auto accidents by reviewing coverage, determining liability, and assessing damages.
  • Engage with customers and attorneys via phone, email, and text.
  • Utilize modern tools to negotiate fair settlements.
  • Handle claims for California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Colorado.
  • Lead with empathy in every claim handled.
  • Conduct detailed damage reviews and interpret policies.
  • Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements.
  • Manage claims efficiently using multiple tools.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records in the claims system.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary adjuster's licenses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience handling Bodily Injury claims.
  • Experience managing complex or severe Bodily Injury claims.
  • Familiarity with NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Independent work and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and liability determination.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical proficiency with claims evaluation tools.
