The Property Good Hands Repair Network Inside Technician is responsible for analyzing and processing mitigation invoices for payment, ensuring accurate payment amounts while delivering compassionate and efficient customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of property estimating experience with Xactimate.
• 1+ years of experience with Xactanalysis.

• Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Decision-making within authority limits.
• Ability to conduct training and development sessions.
