Overview

The Process Intelligence Senior Consultant II role is within the Customer Experience Transformation team, responsible for developing and managing business relationships while acting as a project lead to complete projects with minimal oversight by conducting analyses and developing data-driven process insights.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with process mining tools like Celonis, Minit, UiPath, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret business processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Capable of developing strategic decisions.
• Experience in leading process improvement programs.
• Ability to communicate technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
