The After Hours Care Coordinator is responsible for managing after-hours calls and ensuring consistent care for clients, working independently in a remote setting.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in VA Homecare Scheduling and Recruiting.
  • Experience with AxisCare or similar software preferred.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient computer skills required.
  • Approachable and flexible.
  • Ability to handle new tasks independently.
