Overview

As Group Financial Controller, you will lead the finance strategy and operations across multiple entities, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and performance management.

In Short

• Own the finance agenda across all legal entities.
• Design and run the annual budget and forecasting processes.
• Deliver monthly management information and board reporting.
• Lead timely financial consolidation under IFRS.
• Coordinate external audits and maintain accounting policies.
• Run month-end close governance and oversee cash management.
• Own the finance systems roadmap and automate data flows.
• Collaborate with fund finance and regional directors.
• Provide finance business partnering to founders and leads.
• Support in building a culture of automation and high standards.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in group finance/controlling.
• Hands-on IFRS consolidation experience.
• Proven track record in budgeting and forecasting.
• Fluency in ERP and finance systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication in English; German is a plus.
