As a NAPA Counter Sales Specialist, you will be the face of the retail store, providing automotive parts solutions and outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical or Trade school courses or degree preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry or parts store is a plus.
• Customer-centric attitude and empathy for customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory management systems is advantageous.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
