Director of Prospect Research - Remote

Overview

All God's Children International is actively seeking a dedicated individual to serve as our Director of Prospect Research. This role provides strategic leadership in prospect identification, qualification, and fundraising intelligence to strengthen AGCI’s mid, major, principal, and transformational giving efforts.

In Short

• Lead prospect identification and pipeline development for fundraising.
• Conduct comprehensive donor research and wealth assessments.
• Translate complex donor data into actionable insights.
• Support capital campaigns and multi-year fundraising initiatives.
• Maintain data accuracy within donor databases.
• Collaborate with fundraisers and management.
• Occasional domestic and limited international travel required.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience.
• Advanced analytical and project management skills needed.
• Eligible for virtual remote work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in prospect research or fundraising.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
