Senior Product Manager, Positive Pay - Remote

Overview

Alkami is a leading cloud-based digital banking solutions provider for financial institutions in the United States. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager, Positive Pay to manage the development and adoption of our Positive Pay capabilities within our Digital Business Banking products.

In Short

• Manage strategic roadmap for Positive Pay products.
• Own and prioritize product backlog.
• Lead cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define features and enhancements.
• Monitor sprint progress and adjust priorities as needed.
• Act as the voice of the customer to maximize value.
• Ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Maintain understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech.
• Experience with Check Positive Pay and/or ACH Positive Pay.
• Proven experience in Agile environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules and bank operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with product management tools like Jira.
• CTP certification is a plus.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality.
