Overview

The Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr CRA) will be a key member of the Alira Health Clinical team, responsible for conducting site monitoring for clinical trials, ensuring compliance and quality, and providing leadership and guidance to the CRA team.

Requirements

• BS/BA in life sciences or related discipline
• 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/CRO industry
• 2 years of clinical monitoring experience
• Strong command of English and local language in monitoring area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in clinical trial management systems
• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. or EU certification as applicable
