Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Remote

Grow your career and shape the future of ABA Therapy as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician at Aligned Vision Behavior! We are actively seeking a Lead RBT to join our team full-time to implement direct therapy sessions for several clients and provide mentorship to our stellar team of RBTs!

In Short

• Tentative Schedule: 4 days/week providing direct 1:1 therapy to clients around the Fort Washington/La Plata/Waldorf area and 1 day/week providing remote mentorship/supervision to junior RBTs within the company.
• This role will require local travel to several different clients within the Fort Washington/La Plata/Waldorf area, sometimes within the same day. Please be comfortable with commute times of up to 30 minutes between clients. All mileage is reimbursed.
• The schedule for providing direct therapy sessions/mentoring is mostly after school, so availability between 3pm - 7pm M-F is required.

Requirements

• Must already possess a valid RBT Certification from the BACB
• 2-3 years of experience as a BT/RBT working with clients in the home setting
• Experience working with challenging/aggressive behavior
• Desire to grow within the company and take on new challenges
• Strong skills in patient assessment and the application of Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance in all interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• A compassionate approach towards clients and their families, demonstrating empathy and understanding
